Hospital of Horror is a wireless free-roam VR horror experience for up to 4 players simultaneously. Players navigate an abandoned hospital environment over approximately 10 minutes, moving physically through the space without joystick locomotion or teleportation.
The experience is available on the vrCAVE VR Escape Rooms platform. It supports both PCVR and standalone headsets, with compatibility confirmed for PICO 4, Quest, and VIVE Focus. The minimum play area is 5×6 meters.
