Neo Art Space is a VR platform for art museums, cultural institutions, and immersive art venues. Developed by Neo Art Lab, LLC, it runs on HTC Vive Focus 3 headsets connected to high-performance gaming PCs. The experience combines digital art exploration with a single-player spaceship flight mode introduced in March 2024.
The platform supports multiple session formats. Single-player mode accommodates one visitor at a time in a 4×4-foot space. Multiplayer modes scale to 50 visitors in private sessions or up to 100 in public sessions, requiring larger footprints (8×8 or 12×12 feet depending on configuration). Sessions run 10 to 30 minutes. Throughput is approximately 5 visitors per hour when accounting for transitions and attendant-managed start/stop.
The software is available through the Steam Store as a software-only purchase. Venues provide their own PC hardware and HTC Vive Focus 3 headsets. Neo Art Lab, LLC, headquartered in Minneapolis, handles U.S. support.
Spectator visibility is built in. The experience displays on the PC monitor and can be mirrored to a larger external screen. Physical light art and promotional posters are available to enhance the installation environment.
The spaceship flight mode targets visitors aged 13 to 75 comfortable with VR controllers. The multiplayer social experiences suit digital-native visitors familiar with VR interaction. This is a platform for venues that want art-forward VR content distinct from action or horror experiences.
