Yes. LEXRA is a not‑for‑profit organization incorporated in the United States and is currently awaiting IRS approval of its 501(c)(6) status.

Hardware manufacturers, software platforms, content creators, venue operators, suppliers, educators, students, and investors active in LBEXR.

LEXRA offers tiered annual dues based on company size and benefits. For the latest pricing, please contact Kylie or Bob in our Circle community.

VRARA is a for‑profit membership group serving the entire AR/VR ecosystem. LEXRA is a mission‑driven, not‑for‑profit focused solely on location‑based entertainment, providing deeper operational standards, revenue benchmarks, and venue‑centric advocacy.

Founding Member enrollment opens May 2025, with the first annual summit planned for Q3 2025.

Outside of an annual meeting, participation is flexible. Members choose whether to serve on working groups or simply tap into resources.
