Consulting
These firms help you figure out what’s actually possible—feasibility studies, concept development, system recommendations, vendor selection, budget planning. They answer the “what should we build and with what” question before a single tool gets touched. Most venues need this early, some bring them back when adding new experiences or upgrading. They own the master spec but aren’t installing anything.
Integration
These firms make the systems actually work together on site—connecting hardware, software, networking, testing, commissioning. They take your spec and make sure the content runs on the hardware, the hardware connects to your network, everything syncs, and it all powers on without surprises. Some do full build-outs; others just handle the tech piece after a general contractor finishes the space.
