Plans are underway for a new space exploration museum in South Roscommon, Ireland. The proposed National Space Exploration Centre (NSEC) will be in the Westpoint Retail Park. This state-of-the-art facility aims to provide an interactive and educational experience featuring VR space missions that simulate take-offs, orbits, and landings. The center will also include a café, a merchandising store, and facilities for educational events. The development is expected to create over 20 jobs and enhance space education in Ireland.
