oasisVRX Expands to a Second VR Entertainment Destination in Princeton, New Jersey

A free-roam VR arena with personal VR stations and motion racing simulators inside a VR entertainment destination

oasisVRX opened its second New Jersey location at Princeton North Shopping Center, 1225 Route 206 in Princeton, on 5 October 2026. The site runs more than 30 immersive VR and motion experiences. They include multiplayer free-roam VR arenas, motion and racing simulators and personal VR stations.

The company has operated a single venue at Bell Works in Holmdel for over eight years and has served thousands of guests since 2018.

The Holmdel venue runs vrCAVE’s VR escape rooms for up to five players. vrCAVE is a LEXRA member.

What the Princeton VR entertainment destination runs

Princeton has four bookable attractions and two package types. Personal stations start at $33 a person for a 30, 45 or 60-minute session. The free-roam arena, the flagship attraction, starts at $44 a person and carries 17 games. Seven VR escape-room worlds start at $39 a person. The LocoMotion Zone, motion seats running racing and roller-coaster content, starts at $26.

Birthday packages start at $395 and group and corporate events at $825. Every price matches Holmdel’s.

Princeton’s free-roam arena sessions take two to six players, against two to eight at Holmdel. Concurrent capacity depends on how many arenas the Princeton site runs.

Each Princeton format books through its own ROLLER storefront.

Eight years in Holmdel before Princeton

“oasisVRX is about much more than putting on a VR headset,” said Todd Schobel, founder of oasisVRX. “We’ve spent over eight years learning what makes location-based immersive entertainment really work.”

Schobel said the Princeton area lets the company “take what we’ve learned in Holmdel and build an even bigger experience around that idea”.

oasisVRX bills itself as an Active Entertainment company, built around experiences that get guests moving rather than watching a screen.

“We believe there is a significant opportunity in Active Entertainment,” said Andrew Litt, the company’s chief operating officer. “Our goal is to create destinations where families, friends, coworkers, and groups can walk in and have an experience they’ll be talking about afterward.”

The VR Collective covered the same step from one venue to two in September 2026, when Sandbox VR franchisee Bao Phung opened his second Australian site.

What this means for operators and attraction suppliers

For independent operators weighing a second site, oasisVRX priced every Princeton attraction the same as at Holmdel, from $26 in the LocoMotion Zone to $44 in the free-roam arena. For attraction suppliers, the Princeton arena carries 17 games, the same number as Holmdel’s.
