Description

Call Me Calamity is a 15-minute free-roam VR experience for 2–6 visitors, set in the American West. Visitors walk through desert landscapes, frontier towns, and stylized Western environments while a narrative about identity and survival unfolds around them. The experience is built for cultural venues, museums, science centers, and immersive attractions that want story-driven content with broad audience appeal.

The experience runs on standalone VIVE Focus headsets in a 6×9 or 7.5×7.5-meter space. Groups move through the environment at their own pace, discovering story beats through environmental cues, sound design, and tactile interactions. There is no shooting, no competition, no timers. Visitors are there to experience a story, not play a game.

The format is stream-through: multiple groups of six flow through the space concurrently, staggered by a few minutes. A venue can run 10 or more groups in parallel during a scheduling window, which keeps throughput high without compromising the intimate group experience. The 15-minute duration is short enough to turn cycles efficiently but long enough to justify the visit.

The content suits museums, cultural institutions, science centers, and immersive art spaces that want narrative VR content tied to American history and folklore. It also works for theme parks and visitor attractions that serve family audiences. This is not FEC or arcade content. The Western theme and storytelling format draw school groups, tourists, and older audiences who want something beyond games.

Call Me Calamity is software-only. Operators supply the headsets and space. The experience is designed to onboard quickly and run consistently, which matters for venues that need reliable throughput and minimal staffing overhead.
