DreamPark is a mixed-reality platform that overlays spatially anchored adventures onto real-world venues. Guests wear Meta Quest headsets and step into a world where the physical space around them fills with quests, boss battles, collectibles, and collaborative challenges. The platform is developed by Dream Park Immersive, Inc., co-founded by Brent Bushnell (co-founder of Two-Bit Circus and son of Atari and Chuck E. Cheese founder Nolan Bushnell), Aidan Wolf, and Kevin Habich.
The first DreamPark experience is Wizard’s Way, currently running inside Dave and Buster’s on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. Guests choose a clan, bind a wand, collect a relic, and pick a quest before entering the space. The primary quest, The Dragon Hoard, is a party adventure running approximately 60 minutes. Side quests include a 40-minute exploration mode and an open-ended casual play experience. Guests move through the grounds in groups of up to six, called circles, and can be matched into a circle on arrival if they come solo.
Multiple circles move through the space concurrently. A venue can run many groups at the same time rather than cycling one group at a time. The DreamPark Plus package supports 10 active headsets running simultaneously, with a floating headset flexibility quota of 100 headsets per year. DreamPark Enterprise, designed for stadiums, theme parks, museums, and large entertainment operators, offers custom configurations with private-map provisioning, dedicated development, and multi-location controls.
DreamPark’s Theme Park as a Service (TPaaS) model packages software, content, and on-site Access Portals. Access Portals are plug-and-play on-site gateways that come pre-loaded with park content. Operators receive recurring content drops, live operations tools, and analytics. The platform supports adaptive difficulty, accessibility modes, and customizable session length. Safety systems include crowd and obstacle aware occlusion and geofencing. TPaaS is available as a one-time fee or monthly subscription with an optional per-play revenue sharing model.
The content library at launch includes Wizard’s Way, Super Adventureland, Crash Course, and PowerForce, a sci-fi cooperative quest involving robot-invader battles. New episodes are added on a live-service cadence. Guests carry a persistent profile, loot, stats, and DreamPoints across every DreamPark location through MyDreamPark. A public SDK is available for third-party developers building experiences for the DreamPark platform.
DreamPark is backed by Long Journey Ventures and Founders, Inc., and debuted its TPaaS offer at IAAPA Expo 2025.
