Time Travel Paradox is a 45-minute VR escape room for 2 to 5 players set in a prehistoric era, where participants solve time-manipulation puzzles to return to the present.
Time Travel Paradox is a virtual reality escape room experience in which 2 to 5 participants work together to escape a prehistoric setting within a 45-minute time limit. The scenario places players in the role of researchers whose colleague, Dr. Hessenberg, has used a time machine to strand them in the age of dinosaurs.
Participants solve a series of time-manipulation puzzles to locate a path back to the present. The experience includes a standard difficulty mode and an optional Hard Mode with additional puzzle complexity. Gameplay involves deciphering clues, navigating prehistoric environments, and collaborating to progress through the scenario.
Time Travel Paradox runs on PCVR and standalone VR platforms, supporting HTC VIVE, VIVE Pro/Pro 2, HTC VIVE Focus 3, Valve Index, PICO 4, and Meta Quest/Quest 2. The experience requires a 5m x 6m play space. It is available on the vrCAVE VR Escape Rooms platform.
