Description

The anchor product is Warpoint Arena, a proprietary free-roam PvP shooter where 2 to 10 players split into teams and compete across an area of 200 to 600 square metres. The game is designed around wireless, backpack-free headsets, giving players full freedom of movement throughout the arena. With 20 maps, 15 weapon types, and 3 game modes, sessions offer a range of tactical situations for groups of players aged 8 and up.

A full Warpoint park typically spans 300 to 1,000 square metres and includes four entertainment zones: VR-Arena for the flagship free-roam team battles; VR-Room for solo or small-group sessions with more than 50 licensed VR titles across genres including sports, fantasy, shooters, and quests (up to 4 players); VR-Extreme for dynamic ride-style attractions including roller coasters and giant swings; and a Lounge Area for events, birthday parties, and corporate bookings. Events — birthday parties, team-building, school graduations — account for around 39% of reported park revenue across the network.

Warpoint runs its own competitive circuit, hosting annual esports tournaments for Warpoint Arena with prize pools of up to $200,000 and city-level league play. The network reports that 26% of players return regularly.

The franchise package includes access to proprietary game software, full park design documentation, an online training academy, a custom CRM and booking system, a loyalty programme, and ongoing marketing support. Warpoint has been operating VR parks since 2014 and moved to the full-scale free-roam model in 2020. Franchisees are active across Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Germany, Spain, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Costa Rica, the UAE, Oman, Russia, the USA, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.
