Arkave – The Last Squad is a cooperative free-roam VR experience in which up to four players defend a precious mineral against waves of alien attackers. Set in a sci-fi universe, the experience follows a squad tasked with protecting Kressak, a valuable resource, from the Zieds, an invading alien force. Players work together across multiple enemy waves to secure the mineral and eliminate the threat.
The experience runs for 5 minutes and is designed for a play area measuring 4.6 x 4.6 meters. It is available on SynthesisVR, a turnkey platform that can run unattended, and supports offline multiplayer with a standalone game server. The experience is PCVR-based and compatible with PICO 4, Quest, and VIVE Focus headsets.
Gameplay centers on team coordination: players face escalating waves of Zieds and must work together to defend the Kressak mineral. The sci-fi setting and 5-minute session format make it suitable for venues where quick turnover and group experiences are priorities. The suggested age limit is 12 and above.
