Kraken Island: Arena is a cooperative wave-shooter experience set on a pirate-themed island. The experience supports up to four players defending against skeleton attackers across multiple play modes. It is available on the VEX Arena platform.
The experience offers four distinct modes. Invasion mode presents escalating waves of skeleton enemies with increasing difficulty. Treasure Hunt mode tasks players with defending a treasure chest while collecting gold as skeleton waves attack. Infinite mode delivers continuous waves at a steady difficulty level for extended play sessions. Infinite Treasure combines the treasure defense mechanic with the continuous wave structure of Infinite mode.
Players use VR controllers to shoot skeleton enemies and protect extraction robots that assist in treasure collection. The experience runs on standalone graphics and supports optional bHaptics haptic feedback peripherals. Playable space configurations include 5×5, 6×6, 8×8, and 10×10 meter arrangements.
