Mission Critical is a co-operative free-roam VR experience set in a futuristic facility operated by Orbital Innovations, a technology company whose automated manufacturing systems have malfunctioned. Teams navigate the facility to diagnose technical failures and restore the robot workforce to operation.
The experience runs 15 to 20 minutes and supports 4.6×4.6-meter and 6.1×9.1-meter play areas. Players work through a series of technical challenges requiring coordination and problem-solving. The sci-fi setting features robotic systems and automated machinery.
Mission Critical runs on PCVR headsets and requires an internet connection. The experience is available on the SynthesisVR platform. The suggested minimum age is 13.
