Description

The bHaptics TactSuit series is a line of haptic wearables that add physical feedback to VR experiences. The lineup includes the TactSuit X40 and X16 haptic vests, TactVisor face cover, Tactosy sleeves for arms, feet, and hands, and the TactGlove DK2. All devices connect via Bluetooth and are designed for use in location-based VR setups.

The TactSuit X40 vest delivers haptic feedback through 40 points across the torso. It weighs 3.7 lbs, runs up to 18 hours per charge, and fits chest sizes from 25 to 50 inches. The TactSuit X16 uses 16 feedback points, weighs 2.1 lbs, and runs up to 22 hours per charge. Both vests have adjustable shoulder straps to fit different body sizes.

The TactVisor is a haptic face cover that attaches to VR headsets. It has four feedback points around the forehead and is compatible with most head-mounted displays.

Tactosy sleeves add localized haptic feedback to the arms, feet, and hands. Tactosy for Arms has six feedback points per sleeve. Tactosy for Feet has three points per foot. Tactosy for Hands delivers feedback to the palms and fingers during object interactions.

The TactGlove DK2 is a wireless haptic glove with 12 Linear Resonant Actuator motors, one at each fingertip and wrist. It works with camera-based hand-tracking systems including Meta Quest and Ultraleap. The glove is available in four sizes and has washable inner and outer layers.

All TactSuit devices are battery-powered and wireless. They integrate with existing VR content that supports haptic feedback through the bHaptics SDK. Operators can add haptic layers to VR experiences without modifying their existing headset or tracking hardware.

The TactSuit series suits VR arcades, museums with interactive exhibits, science centers, and other venues running content where physical feedback adds to the experience. It works across VR genres including action games, educational simulations, art installations, and narrative experiences.
