Chaos Inc is a Calgary studio founded in 2020. It works across two lines: location-based virtual reality development, and brand and marketing services for technology and entertainment companies. Brayden Clark is the founder and studio lead, and sits on the board of VRARA Alberta.

The studio’s virtual reality work is published under the Adventure Portal brand, co-founded by Brayden Clark and Kerry Bensen and released in 2024. Adventure Portal is a free-roam system for education venues: untethered Pico headsets, a shared virtual world that holds more than 100 players, and an operator console called AP Mission Control that rotates groups through the headsets while the groups waiting their turn work on related classroom material. Chaos Inc sells it as a turnkey kit in three sizes, from an eight-player configuration that fits a classroom to a forty-player configuration for a gymnasium or arena floor, and also licenses the software on its own to venues that already own headsets. A per-guest fee applies on top of the hardware. As of August 2026, Adventure Portal had run a free-roam pilot at TELUS World of Science in Edmonton.

The Adventure Portal library covers curriculum subjects rather than game genres. Step Into Webb follows the James Webb Space Telescope to orbit and walks visitors through its images, built from NASA 3D data. Deep Sea Cleaning places groups in a polluted ocean trench to cut trapped wildlife free from plastic. Solar System Soccer scales the solar system to 1:8640 so groups can walk between the moons. Chaos Inc also builds commissioned adventures to a client brief.

On the services side, Chaos Inc provides branding, web development, advertising and marketing automation. Its clients include the North American virtual reality arcade chain VRCORE, for which the studio delivered a brand identity and website rebuild.
