Description

InstaVR Arena is a self-service free-roam VR platform built for unattended operation. The system combines PICO 4 headsets, multiplayer VR content, and integrated payment processing in a 5×6 m enclosure that installs in one day.

The Arena runs without staff. Players walk up to the 32-inch touchscreen kiosk, pay by credit card or RFID, select a game from the content library, and step into the 5×5 m play space. Sessions run 10 minutes. The system handles onboarding, tracking, and turnover automatically. RFID tags track player position. Security cameras and a 10-inch display monitor the space. A 42-inch spectator screen shows live gameplay to passersby.

The content library includes Co-Op PVE shooters, zombie survival, puzzle games, and family-friendly adventures. Games support 1–4 players simultaneously, ages 7+. Throughput runs up to 20 players per hour depending on session scheduling and game selection.

The enclosure ships on four Euro pallets. Power requirement is a standard outlet. Internet connection via wired Ethernet or stable WiFi. Flooring is vinyl rolls. The enclosure uses illuminated aluminum panels with fabric. The kiosk includes a soundbar. The spectator display includes a soundbar.

InstaVR Arena suits arcades, family entertainment centers, and shopping mall operators looking for a VR attraction that runs without dedicated staff. The self-service model reduces labor cost. The compact footprint fits spaces where a larger free-roam setup would not work.
